Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Besides dentures, retainers, loose teeth and
tongue piercings can cause problems, said Peterson, who
is president-elect of the American Society of
Anesthesiologists. Before a child’s surgery, she’ll pull a
very loose tooth and tell the patient to expect a visit from

qualquer coisa. Ganhei bastante verdura. Mas ficou sem efeito,

que o povo não tolera a fome. É preciso conhecer a fome para
saber descrevê-la.

Contam os velhos do povo Karajá que um misterioso
acontecimento estava deixando a aldeia alarmada. Isso
acontecia porque os guerreiros estavam sumindo durante a
caçada e ninguém conseguia explicar por que isso estava
acontecendo. Havia um clima de medo.
Um rapaz, no entanto, resolveu rastrear pela trilha dos
parentes sumidos. Entrou na mata cautelosamente e logo
adiante avistou um bando de urubus. Isso era um sinal de que
havia carniça por perto. Redobrou sua atenção e arrastou-se
até chegar perto de uma grande árvore em cuja raiz encontrou
objetos e ossadas dos parentes desaparecidos. Seu susto foi
maior quando avistou dois monstruosos indivíduos saindo de
uma caverna. Comentavam um para o outro:
– Estou com uma fome tão grande. Tô com vontade de comer
gente!
– Vamos botar uma espera? Sinto que hoje vamos pegar
alguém!
O jovem, ouvindo aquela conversa, sentiu-se amedrontado,
achando que ele poderia ser o alimento daquela gente
estranha.
[...] Quando chegou à aldeia, estava muito angustiado.
Começou a gritar para chamar a atenção de todos.
_ Inã biroxikre nhaçã rekã!... (Bugios grandalhões estão
devorando gente!).
[...] Onde vais com tanta pressa, valente guerreiro?

arrogante.
